Tim Nobles, Ginger Nobles, Craig Johnson and Tim Mauldin

One Way began as a male trio comprised of Craig Johnson, Tim Mauldin and Tim Nobles in the fall of 1990 when they were all music majors at Sioux Falls College. Within the first year, they added the vocal talents of Craig’s younger sister Ginger who was also a music major. The earliest days of the groups repertoire were largely comprised of a cappella selections and homemade arrangements of their favorite songs.

Through the years they have traveled mainly throughout the midwest singing concerts to encourage the attendees in their understanding of the Gospel. The theme verse of One Way Quartet is found in John 14:6. Jesus says , “I am the Way the Truth and the Life. No man comes to the Father except through Me.” This is how the name One Way was chosen.

Today if you attend a One Way concert, you will most certainly see 4 people whose passion for the Gospel shines through in their enjoyment of singing, and the message contained in their song selections.

You will likely hear songs from a wide repertoire including a cappella stylings both contemporary and barbershop in nature, along with a large emphasis on Southern Gospel music.
